It’s the Chicago way, “vote early, vote often”.

True story: When I went to check my voter registration for the November election, I found my status as not active, despite the fact that I had just voted in March in the primary election. So, I called the Chicago Board of Elections’ office to ask about the discrepancy. A gentleman pulled up my information and said “Well, uh, I think we have a typographical issue here. What was your birthdate?” I tell him it was in 1994. He says “Well, uh, we’ve got you listed as, uh, 1894. Oops.” Just goes to show how goofy it all can be.
